The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions with Bright And Beautiful Jewellery. Placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Bright And Beautiful Jewellery reserve to right to update or change any Terms and Conditions when necessary.


By ordering with me you consent that I can use your data for the purpose of the order only. I will not rent or sell any information given to any third party for any purpose.


Custom orders must be paid in full before I start working on them. Custom orders are pieces that I either don't carry in my store, or some items I could not possibly sell to someone else.


As each letter is handstamped, one at a time, spacing and lettering will vary. This will only add to the charm of the handstamped item, adding flair and giving each item its own individual sense of character - no two are exactly alike. I cannot accept returns because you don't feel the letters are stamped 'straight enough'. I am not a machine, and will never be able to stamp 2 pieces exactly alike.

PLEASE NOTE - Aluminium will incur slight scratches over a period of time which is general wear and tear.


Customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. Unfortunately, I will not know if items ordered by my customers will be subject to import duties, as they only charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If your parcel does incur an import charge,this must be paid by you, the recipient of the parcel.


I am happy to cancel and refund your order at any time, providing it has not yet been shipped. Once it has been posted, it will be too late for me to do this.

However, please note that the delivery times are only a guide and sometimes packages may take a little longer to reach the destination.

In the event of your order not having been received, please inform me and I will offer either a replacement or a refund. However, please note that due to hold ups in the postal system, there is a waiting period of 10 working days for UK orders and 25 working days for Worldwide orders before a package is deemed as missing and a replacement or refund is able to be issued as usually the packages arrive during the time period.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is CURRENT and UP TO DATE as I have had packages go missing as customers have provided previous or undeliverable addresses. I cannot be held accountable for packages being mislaid because of this as it is the customers responsibility to ensure such information is correct.

If for whatever reason you would like me to post your item sooner using a different service, please feel free to contact me and I will try my hardest. However,please be aware that this will cost more!

I will endeavour to ship your items out within 5-6 working days as most of my items are made to order although during busier periods it may be a little longer. Please note that during busy periods of the year, items shipped to the U.S can sometimes take upto 3 WEEKS to arrive so please order in plenty of time if it is a gift. Once your package has been shipped, I have no control over when it will arrive.

All items are packaged securely and safely.

Refunds and Exchanges


I take great care to ensure that each of my pieces are accurately depicted in my website photos and descriptions. However,please note, on occasion some items may differ slightly to those seen on my site, due to some items being individually handmade.

I hope that you love your product, but in the event that you find yourself unhappy with your new item, I am happy to offer you a full refund (excluding postage fees), upon the agreement that the item is returned to me in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of purchase. I reserve the right to refund your item if it is not sent back to me in its original condition.


Custom items that are personalised to the extent that I could not possibly sell them to someone else are not refundable

All sale items are final and non-refundable.

To arrange a return, please contact me with your full name, email address, order date and order number including a description of the problem. I aim to get back to you within 48 hours.

Please note I do not accept returns, faulty goods or exchanges without prior agreement, so please ensure to email me first with the above information and wait for my response before sending a return.

Return postage is at the customers expense. Please ensure then that sufficient postage is paid for on your returning item, as I am unable to accept returns which do not adhere to this. I recommend that you obtain proof of postage and ideally recorded delivery for your returning item as I cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach me.

Please try to include a slip with your return containing your full name,order date and the name of the product you are returning.


In the event of receiving an item you deem to be faulty, I would kindly ask that you message me within 7 days of receipt of purchase,with photos that clearly show the damaged item. A repair will be offered in the first instance on any damaged items. If a repair cannot be made,a replacement piece will be issued. If a replacement cannot be sent, I will offer you a full refund.

Upon purchasing a personalised photo item, please email a clear photograph along with any other relevant information such as names, dates,etc.
